Pricing & Payment
The prices listed with each flower arrangement are the base prices.  Some of the selections are upgrades and cost extra; the prices of those options are listed by them on the drop-down menus.  The final price will be shown before you add the item to your cart.  Once you are ready to check-out, you will be shown the details of your order to review.  Please review everything carefully before proceeding, as orders cannot be changed after 24 hours.  When you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to register an account or to continue as a guest.  Once you have completed your billing and shipping information, you will be given one final opportunity to review your order.  Due to supply from our flower manufacturer, orders may take anywhere between 4 to 12 weeks for delivery.  Be sure to contact us if the address to which you would like your flowers delivered changes during that time.  Once you have confirmed everything, you will be routed to the PayPal website to complete payment.  You do NOT need a PayPal Account to checkout; PayPal simply processes credit cards securely for us.  If you do have a PayPal Account, you can use it to checkout like you would with any other PayPal transaction. 
Use the drop-down menus to customize each flower arrangement, state the quantity needed, and then add it to your cart.  When you are ready to check-out, review your order carefully before submitting it.  Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours. After you have placed your order, you will be contacted by a personal design consultant who will be there to answer any questions or concerns.  They will also contact you with pictures of your wedding flowers for your feedback and approval before shipping.
Processing Times
All flower arrangements are custom-designed and hand-made for you.  Most orders will be complete in less than 4 weeks.  However, due to supply from the flower manufacturer, please allow 12 weeks for assembly and shipping.  If your wedding is less than 12 weeks away, please contact customer service to inquire about the current assembly time for your desired flower arrangements. Be sure to account for the 4-12 week time window when entering your shipping address during checkout.  If you need to change your address during that time, please contact customer service.  When your order is ready, your personal design consultant will send you pictures of your wedding flowers for your feedback and approval.  You may then designate if you would like the carrier to require a signature.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information and the anticipated delivery date. 
Shipping & Delivery
Flower arrangements are shipped via FedEx, and samples are shipped via the US Postal Service.  Your personal design consultant will contact you with pictures for your feedback and approval prior to shipping.  At this time you will be asked if you would like FedEx to require a signature.  If you would like a required signature but are unable to sign for the shipment, the carrier should provide you with information for where you can pick up the package. 
Privacy & Security
Timeless Wedding Impressions will not share your information with third party vendors.  We simply use your information to assemble your order and ship it to you.  We do not send spam e-mails.  On rare occasion, we may need to contact a customer to communicate about the order.  These are the only reasons we need contact information. 
Returns & Replacements
All orders are custom made specially for you, and therefore cannot be returned.  However, if a mistake is made on our part, we will correct your order.  We understand how important a wedding is, and your satisfaction is our highest priority.  Please check your order carefully before submitting.  If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order.  After 24 hours, we will begin ordering the flowers from our manufacturer and will not be able to make changes.  If you are unsure about using faux flowers, we recommend ordering a sample flower in your desired color before placing your order. 
Viewing Orders
You will be given several opportunities throughout the check-out process to review your order.  Please check them carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made after 24 hours.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.  When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and the anticipated delivery date.  If you create an account with us, you can log in to check the status of your order.
